Where is the PSA headquarters in Club Penguin?
The HQ was the hub for Penguin Secret Agency activity, including surveillance and mission planning. It is based near the Everyday Phoning Facility with a secret entrance. In the mission The Veggie Villain, the HQ was destroyed by the infamous Herbert P.
How do you become a PSA agent on Club Penguin?
To apply, click on the “M” located at the top right corner of your screen. Click “Become a Secret Agent” and take the quiz. If you are accepted into the Penguin Secret Agency (PSA) you will receive a spy phone on your player card. Use it to learn more about the PSA and being an agent.

How do you get to PSA HQ Penguin?
To get to the PSA HQ, click on your penguin, click the phone in the bottom right hand corner and then click “Teleport”. This will take you to a room filled with computer screens! From here, you will be able to complete PSA missions. You will also be able to unlock the “F.I.S.H” handbook, which contains some information and even some items!
Where is the spy phone in Club Penguin?
Once you are an agent, go to the HQ by accessing your Spy Phone in the bottom right-hand corner of your player profile. On the Spy Phone, press the “Visit HQ” button and you will be teleported to the HQ. Note: The EPF Phone is NOT your Spy Phone!

How do you become an agent in Club Penguin?
This was originally done by submitting an application through a hidden form in the moderator badge in the top-right corner of the screen and waiting for a Club Penguin Staff member to manually approve the application. This was later changed to a multiple choice test, and if the player passed, they became an agent.
