How long does it take StubHub to process tickets?
While it’s rare, it sometimes takes up to 1 hour for orders to process. We appreciate your patience! When your tickets are ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You can also see your tickets by going to ‘My tickets’ then Orders.
Why do Stubhub listings expire?
An expired listing is a listing that’s automatically deactivated because it didn’t sell. You can’t reactivate this listing or relist tickets if the delivery deadline has passed. Tap ‘Active listings. ‘ The ‘Sale end date’ is when your listing expires if it doesn’t sell.
What is instant delivery on Stubhub?
When listing on StubHub, you can pre-deliver Electronic (PDF) and some Mobile tickets if you have them in hand. Doing this turns the listing into an Instant download (PDF) or Mobile – Instant ticket. This means if they sell, they’re automatically sent to the buyer.
Are StubHub tickets refundable?
Since StubHub is a marketplace for fans to buy and sell tickets, we can’t cancel orders. By clicking ‘Buy now,’ you complete the order. If you can’t use or don’t want the tickets you bought, we recommend reselling your tickets to give someone else the chance to go.
How long do StubHub refunds take?

What does the P mean on StubHub?
To list parking passes on StubHub, you need to list them on the specific ‘PARKING PASSES ONLY’ event page. You’re not allowed to list parking passes on a regular event page.
How can I get StubHub tickets to print?
Mobile or print Use the StubHub app to scan them at the event like a Mobile ticket, or Click ‘Get tickets’ on a computer to download and print them like an Electronic or Instant download (PDF) ticket
Why are some events not listed on StubHub?
A: Some events will not be on StubHub due to Charity or Fulfillment Restrictions. We apologize for any issues this might cause! If the event you have tickets for isn’t listed there, you can always request it! Requests generally take 5-7 business days to be posted to the site if approved.
When to transfer tickets after your in hand date?
